The hotel's location is perfect, being near the esplanade, in-house cafes and restaurants, waterfront, and race start area. The room was exceptional and tidy, equipped with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. there was a great selection of fantastic food available.

I've had a good stay that their service went down hill. As for me, the location was good and stunning, just next door to the beach and takeaway shops as well as East London for. I found nice Friesland Dairy Bar by accident, it was within easy walking distance of the hotel.
As for me, the area was very unsafe.
